Worked in following organisations: Formative Research and Development Services, Delhi, Quaity Research Services, Planman Consulting Pvt. Ltd., Medica Synergy, Kolkata. Presently: CEO of Arohi Advisors Pvt. Ltd. Over 20 years experience: Headed and participated in over 30 research projects with expertise in : impact assessment studies, baseline and end-line studies, process documentation, large scale (Pan-India) and census surveys, etc., Business expectation Survey, Psephology studies (election poll forecast), customer satisfaction survey, Process Documentation, etc.. Special Expertise in: Management and design of Field work, conducting ToT and FI Training, Tools Design, Data Management, Sampling Design, Quantitative Statistical and Qualitative techniques (SPSS, etc), Supervision, Monitoring and Control and quality control in field work. Sectoral experience includes: Rehabilitation & Resettlement, Reproductive and child health, elementary education, population studies, rural development, Handloom and powerloom, energy conservation studies, tribal development, etc.
